About the Site

The Site presents VASTIC Creative Haus, our brand, growth, digital and AI services, our work and our articles. It is intended for businesses and for people who are at least 18 years old.

Information only; services under separate agreements

Content on the Site is general information. It is not an offer, a quote or legal, financial or technical advice. Engagement paths, typical timelines (for example “4–6 weeks”) and other descriptions are estimates that depend on scope; they are not guarantees of timing or results. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these Terms.

Contacting us through the Site

When you send us a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it, including any information about your company or colleagues. Please don’t send confidential information until we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential; ideas or materials you send without such an agreement are not treated as confidential. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We send marketing emails, calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages only with your separate opt-in consent.

Calls, SMS and WhatsApp terms

If you opt in to marketing calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages from VASTIC:

• messages may include news, insights, offers and follow-ups about our services;
• message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply;
• reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or contact us at juan@vastic.co;
• consent is not a condition of any purchase; and
• mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, images, the VASTIC name and logos, and the design of the Site — belong to VASTIC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from its content without our written permission. Client names, logos and work samples shown in case studies belong to their owners and are shown for portfolio purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• interfere with the Site’s security or operation — for example, by introducing malware, overloading it or probing it for vulnerabilities without our permission;
• collect content or data from the Site with bots, scrapers or other automated means, except search engines that follow our robots rules;
• send spam, false information or someone else’s details through our forms, or impersonate any person or company.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on, or links to, services provided by other companies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VASTIC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold VASTIC harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state where VASTIC has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over that place, and you and VASTIC consent to their jurisdiction.

Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone and work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. If you have trouble using any part of the Site, email juan@vastic.co and we will help you and work on a fix.

Changes

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time. The version posted here, with its “Last updated” date, applies from the moment it is posted.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VASTIC about the Site.
